We are thrilled to provide a 3-day return policy. You will be provided with either a credit note or refund according to the criteria mentioned and please be aware that we do not offer refunds for all the return request. However for the missing product & damaged product, you have to report us within 24 hours with parcel opening video. Customer will have to ship to us if return pickup is not available from their location.


To qualify for a Return & Refund :


·     Within 3 days of receiving the item, a return request must be made.


·     All tags must be intact, and the items must be brand-new.


·     The original invoice, packing, and tags must all be intact upon that packaging.


·     Request made for reason size not suitable or wrong color selected or related similars reason then it’s not eligible for refund, customer will be provided with credit note or a product in exchange


·     The product shouldn't have any blemishes or defects. If received with any it should be shown in opening video itself.


Any defects/missing product reported without opening video won’t be entertained.



Returns won't be feasible if:


·     It is outside the allotted time frame for a return request. Customer themselves has to process return request from website.


·     Anything included in the shipment that was received is missing.


·     Please make sure product is in same packaging as delivered to u with all tags, box and labels intact.

If the product received is without tags or boxes, return won’t be accepted and will be delivered back to you after carriage charges being paid.


·     Items that came with a free gift cannot be returned without the complimentary items


·     Combo Items cannot be returned individually.


·     Any sale item or items purchased using a credit note cannot be returned.


·     Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be entertained



Return & refund/exchange process takes minimum 15 days – 30 day’s time frame, Also Exchange Product Will Be Delivered Once We Receive The Return Product. Refund will be processed after deducting up to 100rs of carriage charges, for exchange no amount will be deducted, additional amount has to be paid if exchange product is worth more than the ordered product. And credit note will be available for 3 months.



We retain the right to deny the return of any product if Fynsia deems that it does not meet any of the aforementioned parameter or any condition that seems to be unfair. Also we reserve the right to change the policy without any notice.
